Employee Wellness

Box Elder County has partnered with PEHP to offer a comprehensive Wellness program. Our goal is to improve the overall well-being of our employees by promoting mental, physical, nutritional, emotional and financial health.

Our Mission: Promote and sustain the well-being of Box Elder County employees and their families by providing quality and integrative health and wellness programs.

Throughout the year, Box Elder County offers education, awareness and prevention opportunities through activities such as webinars, monthly challenges, biometric screenings and a host of other activities through the Wellness program to promote a healthy workforce. Employees can participate in activities and earn points towards a discounted insurance incentive.
What is required?	8 Points: January 1-June 30 8 Points: July 1- December 31 1 point for PEHP Health Risk Assessment 1 point for Biometric Screening/CDL exam
What do I get?	Medical Insurance Savings Medical insurance premium discount - $47/month
Earn Money?	Earn money from PEHP or County HR (Reimbursements for participating.)
