Responsibilities of the County Clerk
Under UCA 17-21 The County Clerk will:

Maintain a schedule and location for the county legislative body (UCA 52-4-6.1)
Keep a record of all proceedings of the county legislative body (UCA 17-20-1.7.1)
Oversee Elections held by the County (UCA 17-20-1.7)
Keep a fee book (UCA 17-20-4.4)
Post an agenda for all Commission meetings. (UCA 52-4-6.2)
