Commercial Vendor

Our Commercial Exhibit Booths offer a platform for merchants to showcase, demonstrate, and vend their products. Past exhibitors have featured a diverse array of goods, including candles, books, fashion items, toys, beauty products, patio furniture, home goods, and more. Applications are now open, starting from May 1st.

Our commercial exhibits provide space for manufacturers and merchants to showcase their offerings. We offer both indoor and outdoor booth options, with two buildings available for indoor setups and ample outdoor spots.

Standard Booths come equipped with one electrical hook-up and access to wireless internet. Pricing is as follows:

  • Standard Indoor Booths: $350
  • Standard Outdoor Booths: $275

  • Booth reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Initially, vendors are limited to two booths each. However, after June 1st, additional spaces may become available, subject to demand. Please indicate your interest in extra booths in the COMMENT section of the application.

  • All vendors must possess a valid business license, provide proof of event insurance, and hold either a regular or temporary Utah Sales Tax License.

  • Booth presentation should reflect good taste and enhance the appeal of your products. While limited security is provided at night, the Box Elder County Fair Board cannot be held liable for any loss of property.

  • It is mandatory to have a Booth Attendant at your booth during Fair Hours. The fair runs from Wednesday, 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and from Thursday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

  • Approved vendors will receive their initial booth assignments by June 15th.
