Elder The Box Elder County LEPC is a voluntary group of professionals and interested persons from the county. Officials from Fire Departments, Police Agencies, Health Department, Emergency Management, Industry and Elected Officials are representatives on the committee. They meet regularly to discuss hazardous threats of all kinds to our area with an emphasis on hazardous materials planning. Meetings are held the second Wednesday each month at various locations throughout the county, some of which are held in conjunction with tours of industrial/business locations. Meetings are open to the general public and inquiries from interested individuals are welcome. LEPC’s were established
nationwide by the Federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act,
