Online Entry Instructions

1.   Click on online fair entry. Click Create New Account if you are an exhibitor that would like to submit entries for the fair and have not created an account online for this fair year.  If you have already created an account this year then click on Login.  Accounts do not carry over from previous years.

2.     The fair book explains the department, class and lot you will need to click on to enter your exhibit. The information is also available on this website under each fair department.  You will need to type in the description.  Crop exhibitors need to type in exactly the description from the fair book which identifies the exhibit.  In fine arts, home arts, small animals, and photography, type in your own words identifying your exhibit.  The ONLY 4-H exhibits entered into this webpage (Blue Ribbon Fair Management) are 4-H crops and 4-H chickens, pigeons and rabbits.  All other 4-H exhibits in the indoor building must be entered using the online County Fair Registration Program on the State 4-H website, http://utah4h.org. Online entry is not available for livestock, horse events or floriculture.

3.     Each Exhibitor must have their own individual online account in order to submit entries online.  If a child does not have an email, use the family or parent email for their account. The same email and password can be used for the whole family but you have to create a different user name for each person in your family.

4.     Multiple exhibitors may not submit entries using the same online account.

5.  Your entries will be pending until you submit them.  You can go back into your account to add additional entries but once you submit an entry it cannot be deleted.  You will need to make the correction when you bring your exhibits to the fair.

6.

* You will need to provide the username, email, and password you supplied at the time you created your account.
* If you have forgotten your username or password you will be able to request the information be emailed to you from the login screen
