The Box Elder County Agribusiness Park, located in scenic Corinne City, Utah, is comprised of approximately 100 acres of currently green belt agricultural ground. This Agribusiness Park concept was conceived three years agao thorugh a feasibility study jointly involving Box Elder County Economic Development and the State of Utah Departments of Agriculture, Environmental Quality and Business and Community Development.
All infrastructure is being upgraded to the site and will be ready for building and occupancy in the early spring of 2002. The Park is located in an EDA (Economic Development Area) with possible tax increment rebates. This site will be designated as an Enterprise Zone and also as a Recycling Zone for qualifying State Tax Credits.
